Vulnerable groups: drug users, people living with HIV/AIDS, sex workers, imprisoned persons.

Members of the coalition comprise a variety of non-governmental organizations: organizations representing vulnerable groups, organizations fighting for human rights and rights of the most vulnerable groups of people, organizations providing treatment, rehabilitation, low threshold, health and social care services to vulnerable groups. Coalition members are non-governmental organizations and individuals that support coalition objectives and follow the provisions of the coalition agreement.
As coalition members, these organizations continue running their principal activities by simultaneously encouraging public and governmental institutions to develop and implement the policy aimed at integration of vulnerable groups of society and reduction of their social exclusion.
